The worldwide penetration of mobile cellular subscriptions is reaching 100 %.
Naturally, in the developed countries, there are more than one subscription per capita. For example, in Finland there are already 172 subscriptions per 100 people. However, it is probable that the developing countries will follow. For example, Ghana, Papua New Guinea, and Zimbabwe, the three least developed countries in the world, have 108, 41 and 96 subscriptions per 100 people, respectively.
